Cancellation request due to change of goodwill

Hello.
I am kwon.
Unfortunately, it seems like corona virus situation is getting worse all around world.
Therefore, I had no choice to cancel all the travel plan to Europe including Germany
because of the flight was canceled due to the coronavirus.
SO, I politely request, could you please reconsider the issue of the refund?
I know that I purchased no refundable tickets.
Please consider canceling once again.

This community is about customers helping customers. So this is the wrong place to ask for refunds.

You should not post order numbers here. However, I did have a look at your schedule, and saw your trip is on May 2nd. You may ask for a travel voucher which you could use for any trip in the future. It is valid for three years.

for long-distance tickets with travel days from 1 to 4 May 2020, the cancellation option on bahn.de will probably be available from 30. April 2020. Please search your ticket via the order search and cancel it there by yourself. /ka
