I have booked the ticket from the App. I have paid using SOFORT. The money has been deducted from my account but I did not receive my ticket yet. What do I need to do? It's an emergency.

a ticket booking hasn't been made. The debited amount will be credited to your buyer account automatically after the debit and is usually within six bank working days in your account. /ka
