The bahncard service did not response to my cancellation email. What should I do?

I sent a cancellation email 8 weeks before the ending of my bahncard and already recieved the confirmation that DB service will contact me in a few days. After one month, I recieved another email with the bill of a new bahncard for next year. I sent another email to DB-service to ask for my cancellation and again recieved the same confirmation that they will response shortly. After one week, nothing happens. I tried to call the service hotline for several times but no one answered except the automatic voice. could you please suggest me what to do in this case?
