ich bekomme am 2 April 2020 eine email von Ihnen bekomme dass geld wird für mein konto zurück überweisen

aber leider ich bekomme kein geld von Ihnen.

Hi Ali,
first of all: this is a public message board, so publishing your full name and order code is a bad idea. With this information everyone is able to access your booking.

Your ticket is a Super Sparpreis, which is non refundable. However due to the Corona situation, Deutsche Bahn is offering a good will cancellation. The refund is issued as a voucher (check your inbox, you should have gotten an email with the voucher code) and not in cash.

This is indeed the current offer. However, Alis journey date was before March 13th, and I suppose he also made the claim before this date. At that time the offer was quite different. You were able to ask for a refund because of the cancellation of an event, and a full refund was given in cash, i.e. a transfer to the bank account or refund to the credit card account.

This should be the case if there is no further statement about a voucher.

Unfortunately, if the money did not arrive, this community cannot help and you should contact DB again, preferably by phone.
