No tickets after online payment, and no refunds

Hi,
I bought a ticket (Dresden-Aachen, round trip) on 14.11.2019 evening online using this DB account. But after I successfully paid, the DB website says "an error occurred" and went to the main page. The money was booked, and I did not get the ticket.

I called the DB Kundenservice, and they said that it was a system error, and I should just buy a new ticket. The money I paid will be returned automatically later.

But 12 days passed and nothing happens. I also called the Kundenservice yesterday, and they asked me to write an email to serviceteam.forderungsmanagement@bahn.de. But I got no reply till now.

Can anyone help me?
