Stornierung über fahrkartenservice@bahn.de - keine Rückmeldung?

I made a registration in DB navigator in 02/08/2019 and tried to buy a ticket from Holcwickede to Mastrbruch Fasanenweg Padernborn, but the application didn't work very well, and I paid the ticket but couldn't download it. In Padernborn HB they told me I need to buy a ticket again for the whole line, so I paid 2x my journey. Please return me 23,83 € back. I attached all the data, ticket what I have, if you need any other information please let me know. I sent already 6 e-mail in the last 1,5 mounts to the fahrkartenservice@bahn.de, no answer...

"Fahrkartenservice" usually needs 4-8 weeks for an answer.

If you asked for a refund, DB sometimes just returns your money instead of writing an answer.
