It has been almost a month since I applied for the BahnCard and I still haven't received one yet in mail

I signed up for the probe BahnCard in the late July. I do not live in Germany so I used my non-German address to which I should've received my BahnCard in mail. It has been almost a month and I have not received my card. I use my BahnCard from the app but I would still like to know if I will receive my BahnCard soon. By the way I live in Serbia which is where the card should've been shipped. Thank you! :)
