We have ordered a ticket from DB and never got it through the mail. How can we proceed? (The travel is scheduled for next Tuesday)

In fact the problem is that this is a ticket which DB does not provide online but sends out by regular mail. All the details can be found on the http://www.bahn.de/auftragssuche page, it is payed and the schedule is available, but there's no ticket (neither physical nor electronic) available, at least that we know of. The help we need is to get to know how to get the tickets which will be accepted by the ticket controllers, since the route is payed for and that's confirmed on the page.

If online: you should call the Online Service: https://www.bahn.com/en/view/home/info/contact.shtml

In any case: you probably have to buy a new ticket where you start the journey and afterwards send it to DB for refund.
