I book same ticket twice, but I only need one. At first time, the app shows that it is unavailable. So I use my Visa card to pay again. However, I received two same tickets after pay again. So the false information causes me to pay for twice, but I can't cancel one ticket by myself. It is unfair for me to pay for the system error!!! I want to back my money.
