Why doesn't My Bahn Card show up on my DB Navigator App?

Hello all,

I've ordered my Bahn Card 50 in March 2019 and the delivery address was to my office. I didn't receive my actual Bahn Card, but I have the the digital Bahn Card on my DB Navigator app. So, I didn't request the status of my actual Bahn Card. Recently, I needed to refresh my Bahn Card on the app. I tried a few times swiping down and it didn't work. So, I deleted and re-installed the app, but my digital Bahn Card was not there anymore. I have my invoice and my digital Bahn Card number. What should I do?
