Online Ticket NOT Received, I have PAID for Ticket via SOFORT Banking (Klarna)

I have bought an online ticket for 2 adult from Regensburg to Prag and paid 50 Euros via SOFORT Banking (KLARNA) on Thursday 6/6/2019, but I DO NOT RECEIVED TICKETS. My booking was successful and 50 Euros has deducted from my account but I do not received my tickets. I have visited Deutsche Bahn office, they said you have to buy a new ticket and that 50 Euros will be return to you later.
I want to know when and how my money will come to my account?
Whom I should contact ?
