Your request for refund from 26 March 2019 / order number XXXXXX

After bahn.de has received my mail (original used new ticket) , I have received the email to get my card details for refund purposes. However, after 3 weeks i give the details, I did not get any response. I have tried to call customer service many times, but has been put on hold and never been answered. Please help me to solve this issue.

Unfortunately it takes DB about four weeks to reply to customer emails, probably even longer for mails in english.

The previous conversation with them not takes that long. That's when I complained about ticket reception. Not 4 weeks perhaps.
