Monthly ticket did not arrive to post. What can I do?

Hi! I bought a Zeitkarte online and I asked for it to be delivered directly to my post. I have not received so far and it is already passed the expected delivery time. Do the tickets have a tracking number I can look for in the DHL webpage? How can I cancel the ticket and get the money back? At the Reisenzentrum I did not get any help since it was bought online.
