URGENT: what happened with ticket corresponding to auftragnummer XXXXXX?

On 26 of February I bought a monthly ticket through the DB online service. Auftragnummer XXXXXX. I requested that the ticket should be sent to my apartment. I have already waited 9 business days and the ticket has not arrived yet. The ticket is to travel from Halle Saale to Gatersleben between the 4th of March to the 4th of April. Since I have not received my ticket I have had to buy regular tickets the whole week. I already spent 134 euros extra from the 280 euros for my monthly ticket.

Where can I get the ticket, or cancel the order and get a refund for the monthly ticket and the extra tickets I have bought?

Continue waiting for the ticket to arrived at my home is not a solution. As other DB representative told me before.
