Paid with Klarna for 3 days and haven't received tickets in app or as email yet

I bought a ticket from Tübingen hbf to FRA(airport of Frankfurt) for 10th of February with DB navigator. I paid 29.9Euro online with Klarna on 9th, Jan. The screen showed that the payment is successful. It was almost 3 days ago. But I haven’t received any email yet, and cannot find the ticket in my DB app under the “my ticket” button. I don’t know where is my ticket. What should I do? Where is my ticket?

Your booking at bahn.de has been not successful although the payment was made. You will get your money back within the next 8days.

You have to make a new booking, perhaps it would be better if you make the new booking not online via Klarna and you will go better to the next travelcenter from DB

In the moment there are great problems with payments via Klarna.
