In which country are you currently located, and from where do you access bahn.de? Which subdomain (e.g. fahrkarten, reiseauskunft) issues this error 403 message? /ch

Kaartjes bij DB kopen ? Vergeet het maar!

Ook als het op

https://www.nsinternational.nl/

Leo, with what assumption do you go into conversation here that the contribution writer understands Dutch? There is no error 403 in the current situation, which simply means that the call to a certain subpage is denied. /ch

Reason for Dutch:
1. The would-be passenger started in Amsterdam.
2. I mixed the user name up in my quick answer with a recently read post (where the user name sounded Dutch) – but /ch, you‘re right ezzai6 is not typically Dutch.

Error 403:
1. As described in many posts here, at present the entire booking system ist totally unreliable.
2. As decribed in many posts here for years, error messages themselves are very often totally unreliable and not very helpful to find a solution (i.e. „train booked out“, after not getting a reservation in a TGV simply because the asked stopover FOR WHICH A FARE WAS OFFERED is not allowed in France).

Therefore my advice:
If you cannot book a ticket straight away, do not waste your time to bother with this mess and fancy error messages but rather buy your tickets elsewhere:

https://www.nsinternational.nl/en

https://www.trainline.eu/?lang=en

(Many problems arise these days because DB changed cancellation policies: You no longer get the money back the very same way you paid it – this was the former straightforward, simple and secure procedure. Now, after cancelling a saver ticket, you get a coupon code that can be used to buy any other ticket – by anyone, i.e, also anyone who hacked your DB account or mail account before. But rather than going back to the old secure procedure, DB prevents more and more customers from buying saver tickets online.)

In case you do not understand Dutch: Sorry for the confusion!
