Super Sparpreis ticket reimbursement procedure

I have an online Super Sparpreis ticket on 10.12, but I did not take the train due to the strike. One of the trains was shown as cancelled. I followed the link for reimbursement and filled the form there, but I did not receive any confirmation.
I would like to take the same trains on 11.12 (RB - ICE - RE). Can I use the tickets I have or will they be cancelled? I still have them in DB app and personal Meine-Bahn webpage. Shall I buy a new one and wait for reimbursement?
I could not reach any of the contact numbers and there are no DB offices to get info, so my last option is to ask the community. Thanks in advance.

I suppose you asked for reimbursement with the form "Kulanzregelungen der Deutschen Bahn". Once you submit that, your ticket will be in the waiting list for cancellation by an DB employee. So you should not use the ticket anymore.
However, a similar question has already been asked: https://community.bahn.de/questions/1834660-streik-voreil... The advice was to call the Online-Service and ask for stopping the reimbursement process. Find the phone number here: https://www.bahn.com/en/view/home/info/site-notice.shtml
As they will be very busy this week, it might be easier to buy a new ticket and wait for the reimbursement.

I was able to reach and talk to the DB online support, so I decided to update this topic. I was told that ticket reimbursement process cannot be stopped and it can take up to a couple of weeks. However, my question is resolved.
