IT problem while buying


Upon the reply from DB, that I have to use the DB website and not the app for a journey from Budapest to München, I checked it again and arrived to the same problem. After making all parameters correct, while paying I get this message.

"Sehr geehrte Kundin, sehr geehrter Kunde,

Das gewünschte Angebot ist soeben nicht mehr verfügbar (ausgebucht)."

I guess it is an IT problem, as I see all offers active.

It isnt possible to book the connection Budapest - Munich in the DB Navigator because the Hungarian colleagues can't read the code of the ticket. The booking is made on http://www.bahn.de with delivery of the ticket by post. You mentioned an error message, which is displayed in the last booking step on bahn.de. Unfortunately I cant understand this mistake. You can send a screenshot of this error and the displayed error message by e-mail to the colleagues of the online service: fahrkartenservice@deutschebahn.com. There it can be checked and forwarded to the specialists' service. You can book the ticket by phone or in the DB Travel Center. /ka

There seems to be an IT-Problem with tickets for trains operated by Austrian Railway (ÖBB).

DB had the same problem one year ago - it took about 4 weeks to fix it :-(
