I have paid for a ticket but don't receive it, how to contact ? I have no any tickets invoice

I brought the online the ticket from
Bolzano to Verona on DB mobile application . Cost -14.90 Euro.
Payment with Online Transfer Klarna.
Finally is success. My bank already Deduct cost. But I don't receive any tickets. On application and Email.I don't know where is my tickets. I have booked a ticket and the payment method is online transfer. I booked it on the DB navigator, the bank really transferred the amount (I have checked it on my bank) but I don't find the ticket in my DB navigator under ' my ticket' and i don’t receive the email. What should I do this to get back my paid ticket? Or otherwise get my money back?
