Bahn card 50 Flex Cancellation

I submited the online cancellation form 3 weeks ago, for twice, in German and in English! But my bahncard is still not cancelled and the DB asks me to pay! What is wrong?
I know the subscription must be at least 3 months (I already paid for more than 3 months), and since 18.07.2018 no need to return the card to service center (it will be blocked directly).
So please cancel my bahn card! If unable to cancel my card, tell me what is wrong!
