what kind of device and what operation system (OS) do you use? Have you installed the current version of your OS and our app DB Navigator? /ti

Is it possible that the root certificate "DigiCert Global Root G2" is missing? You can install it manually. Otherwise, I can't explain why it's up to you. Maybe uninstall the App DB Navigator completely and download it from the Google Play Store. /ch
