DB app is version 19.06.p04.00 updated on Jul 3 2019.

There are no software updates pending for either.

I have Webview, it is updated. The App still doesnt work though :\

Is it possible that the root certificate "DigiCert Global Root G2" is missing? You can install it manually. Otherwise, I can't explain why it's up to you. Maybe uninstall the App DB Navigator completely and download it from the Google Play Store. /ch
