I have booked ticket with sofort and I received only Transaktionsnummer: without ticket

Hello Adisak,

did you check your bahn.de account? Can you see the ticket in your account? If not, the booking failed. In that case you'll get your money automatically back in a few work days and you have to book a new ticket. /ti
