I have paid for a ticket but don't receive it

I have booked a ticket today and the payment method is online transfer. I booked it on the DB navigator, the bank really transferred the amount (I have checked it on my bank) but I don't find the ticket in my DB navigator under ' my ticket' nor do I receive the email. What should I do this to get back my paid ticket? Or otherwise get my money back?

if no ticket is stored in your customer account or the booking is not displayed via the order search, the process was aborted. If paid by Sofortüberweisung, the money will be automatically returned within 6 banking days. In that case a new booking is required. /ka
