Rail And fly validity

I possess a Rail and Fly ticket. Basically wanted to check the validity to travel in S-Bahn.

I stay in Weilimdorf, Stuttgart. But my flight is from Frankfurt. So using the RAIL & Fly option can i travel from Weilimdorf S-Bahn station to HauptBahnhof Stuttgart (using a local State Transport - S-Bahn ). And from there can I take the ICE Train to Frankfurt ?"
