Cancel Bahncard but did not get confirmation

Dear Bahncard Customer Service,

I sent an email to you to cancel my Bahncard in March, which is before the expriration 6 MONTHS. However, I did NOT receive the confirmation letter of the cancelation, ALL responses are just about discounts.
In July I got the invoice for the next term. But I do NOT LIVE in Germany anymore and I already canceled it following YOUR RULE.
PLEASE JUST CANCEL my BAHNCARD!
