How to obtain lost receipt

Hello,

I get refunded for work trips by my organisation and unfortunately my receipt was lost in the mail when I sent it to them. Normally I just purchase through the app but during this time I was having difficulties with my card and was unable to do so and had to buy at the station. I also made the mistake of not making a scan copied version before sending it out, I do however still have the piece of paper called "aktion gutschein" but there is no price on it only a date, I was wondering if there is a way I can still obtain my receipt for the ticket I purchased on 06.06.18 from Muenster to Berlin, thank you!

Hello Patrick27,

the ticket is also the bill. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reissue a ticket purchased at the station. Nowhere is it stored who bought which ticket. Too bad it wasn't an online ticket.
