I ordered for a replacement Bahncard25 by mistake. How can I cancel it ?

I ordered for a Bahncard on 12th May 2018. However, I still have not received my card yet. It has been more than a month already. I tried to get some information on the website regarding my card. While checking, by mistake I ordered for a replacement card. I want to cancel the order for the replacement card. I also need solution with respect to my card which I have not received yet from DB. The status on the website says that the card has been shipped.
