What do I do if I have not received my refund?

I travelled on DB on 24/05 (Ticket No: xxxxxx) and the train was delayed by 73 minutes. I filed a claim and received the letter (Reference Number: xxxxxxxxx ).

It says the refund was processed on 12/06. However, I have not received the refund amount to mt credit card . Can you please let me know what I need to do ? I live in Australia and do not have a German bank account.I can provide my Australian bank account details.

The "Servicecenter Fahrgastrechte" (passenger rights claim centre) refunds only to bank accounts, but not to credit cards.
