The 6th of june i did an expensive command than I receve ONLY one mail with ONE ticket cheaper. I sucessfully delete it but...I dont understand where are all my tickets. I have some proof if you wanna see

Ok, so you have booked a ticket for the price of 85,30 Euro but you didn't got a ticket by email. Is that right? What do you mean you got a cheaper ticket. Did you booked two times? /no
