Ticket delivery

Hello! I purchased the ticket (Order XXXXXX) with postal delivery option 19 May (electronic ticket was unavailable, unfortunately). Due to the information on your website, tickets should be delivered within 8 working days, however, I have not received any tickets yet. Moreover, my query via e-mail on
fahrkartenservice@bahn.de was ignored. Could you please provide any information about my tickets (e.g. track-number of the letter, when the tickets were sent)? If I do not receive my ticket via post, will it be possible to receive my tickets in the ticket office in Gdansk before the train departure. Thank you!
