get a refund

I booked the train on March 12.
The train is from Hamburg to Frankfurt at 11:28 on August 5th.
The reservation number is xxxxxx.
However, there was a warning that the train would be out of service
because it was under construction, so be sure to check before boarding.
So I booked a separate train leaving at 11:24 on August 5
The reservation number is xxxxxx.
because I had to take a flight from Frankfurt to Korea that day.
I'm embarrassed that there are currently no two trains I have booked.
Two trains will be searched at 11:01 on August 5
But the first one(ICE 577) is not likely to run on August 5.
The second one(ICE 577,ICE 1695) does not run every day. Does it run on August 5?
If the second one is running normally, I have to make a reservation,
and I'd like to get a refund the two tickets I reserved.

When you booked a ticket already it is not necessary to book another one if the timetable has been changed. You can use the ticket anyway.

According to the current timetable the ICE 577 will run from Hamburg to Frankfurt airport on August the 5th at 11.24. You can find the train at our booking site when you remove the selction "Prefer fast connections". There is also a connection at 11.28 with a change in Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe. And also the ICE 577 at 11.01 will run. Please check the timetable just before the journey again.

The ICE 577 and ICE 1695 will run as well. Generally all of the connections showing for a day are operating.

You can cancel one of the booked tickets via the order search or in your account. Best regards /ki
