Apple Watch app broken with latest DB Navigator

With the latest update, I do not see my journey on the watch app when adding a journey to “my trip”. I have force quit the app and tried a lot of times. Latest iOS, latest app.

a restart have you already done? Please try to remove the DB Navigator on both devices and download it again. If it doesn't help, just sign up again. /ka
