Regarding Confirmation of cancellation (order xxxxxx), the refund is approved but till not credited on my bank account. When it will be credit on my bank account?

Dear Mr. Murugan,

We have processed your order XXXX and cancelled the respective items.

You will be credited with the sum of 362,10 EUR by in due course.

For direct debits or Online Bank Transfer., the amount is processed as a credit. Payment instructions for a credit by Online Bank Transfer. will only be issued after we have received the incoming payment.

Please note that credit will be offset internally against further ticket purchases or existing Deutsche Bahn claims.

Yesterday i received the confirmation mail. But i have submitted the cancellation document almost 8months before.
