payment of bahncard

Dear DB
Hello my name is Hanna.
I have a big problem with payment of bahncard.
I paid the money about Bahncard. But i received the reminder still.

In that time my account was blocked and i couldn’t pay with my card. So i remitted the money with my friends card.
I am sure that i don’t need to pay anymore.
Because i don’t want to receive the reminder anymore.

If i remitted worng, my friends had to be sent money back. But my friends didn’t receive money.
I think if i pay again, first my friend have to get money back. second i pay 41.50€ not 98 with my card.

i sent the email one month ago. but they didn't answer to me. so today i sent the mail again wrote here.
