Diese Frage wartet auf Beantwortung

i booked tickets for 27.03.2018 and now ut is showing me 25.03.2018 on ticket, i did 2 times how can it be possible?

I have ordered one ticket for one of my friend XXX XXX, she will go to Dusseldorf airport to Essen Pferdemarkt 8 on 27.03.2018 at 15.08 o'clock. I have entered the same data to book the ticket for 12.50 euros but in my ticket purchase it is showing wrong time(current date)and it is showing me current time. You can check my order no. XXXXXX and customer no. XXXXXXXX. And that problem i faced two times in total. So for the first time i also entered the same data for 27.03.2018 qat 15.28 o'clock still the ticket is showing me for today's date and current time instead of showing me 27.03.2018.
the first ticket order no is XXXXXX and customer no is XXXXXXXX.

Can you please check and reply me as soon as possible? I want ,my refund as soon as possible, because it is some kind of technical error in DB application

the ticket for 12.50 Euro is a VRR single ticket. This ticket is only valid for immediate departure. This notice will be displayed at the time of booking. Please contact the online service: 0180 6 10 11 11 (20 ct / landline call, mobile tariff max 60 ct / call) for refund questions. /ka

Wie kann man im Ernst auf Anfrage einer Verbindung in x Tagen eine Karte zum Kauf anbieten, die nur ein paar Stunden ab dem Kauf gilt? Ja, jeder Internetbetrüger hat irgendwo im Kleingedruckten ja auch auf die Pferdefüße wie "gilt nur zum sofortigen Fahrtantritt" hingwiesen... Ist dieses Niveau das neue Geschäftsmodell der DB? Das wurde ja schon öfters kritisiert, aber es ist wohl anscheinend doch kein Bug, sondern ein Feature...
