reservation confirmation

I have obviously logged in and made a reservation. But when I went in to check my reservation, it says that my reservation does not exist. Even the email ticket you said you would send did not come to me but only the advertisement email. I guess that's all I successfully logged in to. Am I being booked? If I have made a reservation now and it was previously reserved, would the German railroad office refund me one of the tickets? I did not receive the email tickets that other people said they had received and only received the advertisement. I called and sent email to inquire about this, but the only answers I received were that Germany Railroad could not answer the call and that I should wait for an email reply. I'm really confused and a little bit upset now. Please give me a quick answer. my name is ******* my email is ******* muinch -> dresden 2018.07.04 6:55
