I paid Eur 62.00 on 07 December 2017 ( Please refer End-to-End- Ref.: XXXXXXXXXXXXX) for renewal of my BahnCard 25 No. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX.

I have not received my new card till date.

Load the digital bahncard in the DB-Navigator App. You can also use the digital one as legitimation.

Otherwise I recommend to get in touch with the bahncard service. The staff could tell you about the status.
