Technical Error when Ordering BahnCard online

I have ordered a BahnCard Flex 50.
After the payment was confirmed there was a message of a technical failure and my request cannot be processed.
The amount has already been deducted from my bank account and I have received an email receipt of the transaction as well. But I have not received any email notification of my BahnCard. My profile in Bahn also shows no BahnCard for my profile.
Please provide a solution as I am travelling daily with Deutsche Bahn.

Sometimes there are problems with the booking of the BahnCard Flex. Because the error couldn't be located yet, I can only recommend to go to a travel center and buy the BahnCard there. If the money was deducted from your bank account you will get it back. Best regards /ki
