I filled in a Fahrgastrechte-formular because of cancelled train on 13.09.2017 and nothing happened?

Our travel from Glöwen to Aarhus, Denmark got cancelled in Hamburg and we had to place to go, so the person at the DB service point in Hamburg gave us a Fahrgastrechte-formular and told us to find a hotel. I filled that out and sent it to you with the original tickets (as you request).

I would like to know what is going on in the case?

I have scans of everything and can send digitally as well.

in that community customers help customers. Nobody can see your data or can say anything about your request for refund. Due to a rail damage near Rastatt and two storms in the last quarter of 2017 the Servicecenter Fahrgastrechte has many requests. The processing time is round about 8 weeks. When did you send your Fahrgastrechte-Formular to the Servicecenter Fahrgastrechte? /ti
