Didn't receive BahnCard

I haven't received the Bahncard that I ordered in September because of incomplete delivery address. I contacted the Bahncard service via mail and phone. I received a mail saying that I can get a new Bahncard if I pay 15 Euros but nothing about how to pay, where to pay has been mentioned. I replied them but didn't receive any reply yet and its been almost 2 weeks since I replied. Could you please help me in this regard.

normally, you will also receive an invoice for a replacement BahnCard and you can then transfer the amount.
