Falsche Zeige im App, Flug, Hotel, alles vermisst

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

Auf Englisch würde ich schneller und deutlicher erklären, was ich erfahren habe.

At 18:48 I took ICE at gate 4 to go to Frankfurt(main) Hbf, in there I will transfer to another train to Frankfurt airport. I don't know who is charging of Deutschebahn app. This train does not go to Frankfurt and when I realized, it was already too late. And they deleted this wrong guide so quickly, fortunately I have cut it and saved in my phone. I can't take the last plane in time and my payments to hotel has already settled. There is no refund possible.
I am a student from Fulda and have been using BahnCard 50 since I was in Freiburg. You know that, with Hessin student card I don't really need to pay anything if I take RE. Now the mistake that happened in your app has already caused me a huge financial problem. Where can I upload all the evidences that I saved before DB App deleted it. WHO is responsible for These issues?

Den Zug habe ich am letzten Freitag genommen. Ab 18.48 fängt der Zug an.(Es gibt 8 Minuten Verspätung) Und der Zug ICE 693 Fahrtrichtung ist nach München Hbf. Allerdings steht es auch, dass um 19:44 werde zuerst nach Frankfurt(Main) Hbf. Aber dieser Zug fährt nach dem Hanau Hbf direkt nach Nürnberg. Meiner Flug check-in ist um 21.20 Uhr. Ungefähr um 8.30 bin ich in Nürnberg angekommen. Ich habe die falsche Deutschebahn-App Anzeige, alle Beweise in Handy speichert. Was soll ich jetzt tun?

Danke 50BahnkarteReisender für die weiteren Infos. Der ICE 693 ist am 24. November regulär nach Frankfurt gefahren. Ankunft dort war jedoch erst um 19.54 Uhr, da in Fulda eine Teilräumung notwendig war. Daher die Frage, welchen Zug Sie nun genommen haben? /ma

Hallo, DB. This is unbelievable. Please check if it stops in Fulda next to the platform of Gate 4. Because I stepped into this train on platform. As I said, I begun to take this train from Fulda Hbf and I heard from the broadcast when it arrived in Hanau Hbf at 19:34 which has 8 minutes of delay. Everything in this part is okay. At 19:51 I supposed to be in Frankfurt (Main) Hbf, but I did not feel any speed cut of this train. Around 8:30 I am in Nürnberg. And another important information I should mention, I am like taking ICE every week. Today I am taking ICE to freiburg to meet my friends again. Usually the stop like Franfurt(Main) Hbf should be seen on the E-screen, but this one I did not see on the E-board. I am definitely sure that I stepped into the train that was next to the platform Gleis 4. I am not like a new DB traveler who may step into the wrong train. I believe for everyone this is hard to happen. You said, oh the train was on Schedule working regularly. Then it does not solve my problem. If what you explained is true, I am assuming that the one I took stopped at Hanau and then went directly to Nürnberg was not the one I should take at the right time and right place. Then there must be some mistakes you didn't find out. And this is impossible that when the train arriving in Frankfurt, I didn't realize it. I never sleep on the train and I check the time very carefully, cuz in Frankfurt Hbf I have to change another train to airport in 20 minutes. Please do consider what I have stated. If on that day this train goes so regularly, why this information after a few minutes was gone, which means it was disappeared. I could not find it any more on that day in the application of Reiseplan. Your colleague must know it was wrong, but it was too late to correct it.

Haben Sie eventuell ICE 883 genommen? Der fährt fast zur selben Zeit und auch nach München. Nur eben direkt über Nürnberg und nicht über Frankfurt. Genau kann ich es hier jedoch nicht klären. Sollte es hier zu Fehlern in der Bahnhofsanzeige gekommen sein, so möchte ich mich dafür und für deren Folgen entschuldigen. In dem Fall rate ich Ihnen, sich mit unserem Kundendialog in Verbindung zu setzen. Eventuell ist hier eine Kulanz möglich. /ma
