Hello, the following is the details of my order and refund details. But it has not been credited to by debit card. Please help.

Date of cancellation: 11.11.2017 Time: 03:09
Value of cancelled services: 69,80 EUR
Refund fee: 19,00 EUR
Amount to be credited: 50,80 EUR
