Did my MyBahncard accidentally not extend automatically for another year?

I have a MyBahncard 25 that expired in October. When booking it, it said that it would automatically turn into a regular Bahncard 25 after expiring. I didn't receive my new Bahncard yet though, and no money was taken from my account. Did something go wrong?


If you have not received a new BahnCard, you will have received an invoice that you will need to pay. Did you have already looked in your mailbox and is your address up-to-date? /ch
