booked an online ticket with the wrong passengers name ,how can it be changed?

I booked an online ticket via my Bahn account but the problem is that the ticket bears my name rather than my mother's name whom the ticket is meant for. please, how can this be rectified? And please, the travelling date is close.

please contact the colleagues of the online service: 0180 6 11 11 11 (20 cents per call from a German landline, max. 60 cents per call from a German mobile network; costs for calls from abroad depending on provider - daily from 00:00 to 24:00) , maybe the ticket can be canceled out of goodwill.
