my wallet was stolen and my bahncard50 was inside the wallet, I would like to know how can I get new card?

Good morning Shahin, please contact in that situation the BahnCard-Service by email at bahncard-service@bahn.de or by phone under the number: 0180 6 99 66 33 (20 cents per call from a German landline, max. 60 cents per call from a German mobile network; costs for calls from abroad depending on provider)
If you use the DB Navigator, so you can load the BahnCard in the App. /no
