Ticket sent to a wrong Email Account?

I booked a ticket for my mum (return) from Munich to Klagenfurt but inputted a wrong Gmail account for her ticket to be sent. Please, how do i retrieve the ticket, please? I sent the ticket to a wrong email.

Okay, check your bank account and take a look at the details of your booking. There should be an alphanumeric code - your booking ID. On this site you can search for the booking with the code and the name of the traveller. If your mother is using the app DB Navigator she can load the ticket with that code either. /ti
