How to cancel subscription of Bahncard 25

I have sent two emails to bahncard-service@bahn.de, asking for the cancelation of my banhcard and my wife's card subscription, and more than 20 days after I didn't receive any answer or confirmation. I live abroad, and the email is the only way that I cancel this. I tried calling by phone, but I had to wait more than 10 minutes in the line without being attended, paying for a long distance call. As a customer, I think I don't deserve this treatment.
Please, I need to know to proceed.
