When will I get my refund for my BahnCard?


As I have bought a wrong BahnCard 25, I have sent an email to your team to ask for refund.

Your team said OK for my request, and they have already had my Bank Details.

However, no one has given me any reply/refund yet. It is already a month.

May I know when will I get the reply and refund from your team?
