How long does it take you to process claims?

Hi,

On the 25th of July I have purchased tickets online for travel on 10th of August. They have not arrived by that day and I had to buy new ones. I have mailed the new tickets, original tickets with explanation letter to DB Vertrieb GmbH, Online-Vertrieb in Karlsruhe on the 25th of August and I know from tracking details that they reached you on 31st of August.
I haven't heard from you since.
I have emailed you several times too, but no response.

How long does it take you to process such refunds?
