Passengers' rights form submitted but no refund got?

I submitted two Passengers' rights forms to the DB information center in my city. One is delayed 1H and another one is 2H+. It has been more than two weeks. But I just got one refund for the 1H delay. I was expecting both refunds. I called +49 180 6 99 66 33 but the number is not reacheable. How can I contact them for the status of my refund or the reason why I did not get refund for my 2H delayed train. Thanks!

The "Passengers' rights - Service Center" ususally needs 4 weeks for processing your claim.
So it's no need to worry. If you got one refund within 2 weeks, you are lucky.
